development of front cover and final front cover

This is the first stage of the front cover. The model is looking down and has his face covered with his arms folded as this gives the impression that he is by himself and does not need help from anyone else.

In the second stage of development I created a logo incorporating the name of the magazine. The picture frame effect of the logo gives the impression that the model is looking through a window and is standing outside independently.

     this is my final front cover

For my final development I added six cover lines using the colour scheme that proved to be most popular as that is what will appeal to the audience the most. The main cover line, Q and A with upcoming rappers PMG is in black on the left and in a larger font to stand out as it is the main event.
